Dymond Divas strongly advises not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays. We will provide you a delivery confirmation and tracking number when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping carrier. Please include your email and phone number for prompt communication. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please make a note that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us. Absolutely NO REFUNDS !!

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE? 

We ship all domestic orders via The United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking information and insurance. Typically most orders have a 1-2 days processing time. Standard shipping is Priority Mail. Orders shipped with Priority Mail generally arrive in 5-7 business days depending on the distance from our office. Need it faster??? Please use our express mail option 1-3 business days after processing. Please realize this may not apply to all orders do to stocking, International and customs orders at this time frame may vary a little. Your patience is much appreciated!!! 

IS TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDER? 

 As soon as the shipping label for your order is printed you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please remember it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
